My research focuses on leadership development, strategic management, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and employee engagement, with particular emphasis on organizational effectiveness and small business performance. I am interested in how leadership practices influence employee outcomes, business growth, sustainability, and organizational success.

This research examined the relationship between leadership style, employee satisfaction, and organizational success in small restaurant businesses. Using the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), the study found positive relationships between transformational and transactional leadership styles, employee satisfaction, and organizational performance. The findings contribute to the understanding of leadership effectiveness in small business environments and provide practical implications for organizational success.
