Dr. Mohamad Mtairek holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, an MBA in Strategic Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Davenport University. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Administration, Leadership, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management.

In addition to his academic career, Dr. Mtairek is an entrepreneur, business executive, and management consultant — founder of multiple restaurant businesses and Proactive Management Consulting, where he specializes in leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational improvement.

The Dynamics of Leadership in Small Business: Enhancing Harmony, Efficiency, and Profitability

This research examined the relationship between leadership style, employee satisfaction, and organizational success in small restaurant businesses. Using the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), the study found positive relationships between transformational and transactional leadership styles, employee satisfaction, and organizational performance.
